Mr. Pornchai Chongpakdee who is Managing Director of Pacific Telecommunication & Telephone Company Limited has been awarded Thailand ICT Awards 2005 with the Cheque and Logo printing Program Version 3 by Mr. Sorrraaud Klinprathum who is Minister of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) at Bangkok Convention Hall, Central Ladphrao.
The Beginning of Software
Samak-Duan Partnership was established in 1991 for selling used products by promote via a newspaper. Mr. Pornchai Chongpakdee was an Editor and Managing Director. He expanded the business to be the shop of Mario Master for selling the video game. At the same time, he began to distribute telephone, PABX and mobile phone equipments both of Thai and International brand.
Pacific Telecommunication Company Limited encourages PAXB which manufacture within Thailand to be using in all of the organization both of private and government section. We expand the business apartment to be a large –sized around Thailand. Almost 20 years, we served our customers more than 8,500 places. In the other hand, our company develops software for support customer needs in telecommunication and telephone. The information technology has an influence in many way of life. For example, Software Billing, Program ET-Bill, Cheque and Logo printing Program, CRM Sales Express, Managing of Hotel/Apartment program.
The Inspiration of Software creation
In 1991, our customer (Coca Cola) paid cheque and had their logo on cheque, which made our company interesting. Therefore, it is the beginning of an idea to creating the Logo Cheque software. Until now, Coca Cola still the one of brand in the world which has their brand value more than 3 billions baht. They are very famous brand but still promote their brand on cheque. So, we have clearly understood in a value of Coca Cola brand.
Doing business, trademark and logo is a representation of the organization. There is an important part to motivate the business. If your BRAND was accepted from the customers, it helps your organization continuous grow. In the past, if you need to create brand through cheque, you need to buy cheque around 1,000 – 2,000 per time or print logo on cheque which provide by bank, just for a large company.
